　　2018年2月23日，原中国保监会发布公告，鉴于安邦保险集团股份有限公司（以下简称安邦集团）存在违反保险法规定的经营行为，可能严重危及公司偿付能力，依照保险法第144条规定，决定对安邦集团实施接管，接管期限自2018年2月23日起至2019年2月22日止。

　　实施接管以来，接管组稳步推进相关工作，有序处置风险，安邦集团经营保持稳定，经营能力逐步恢复，保险消费者及各有关方面合法权益得到有效保障。为巩固接管取得的成果，积极推进安邦集团转入正常经营，依照保险法第146条规定，中国银保监会决定，将安邦集团接管期限延长一年，自2019年2月23日起至2020年2月22日止。

　　延长接管期间，接管组组成、接管组职权和接管实施办法不变。接管组将继续依法履职，积极推进各项工作，保持安邦集团稳定经营，依法保障保险消费者及各利益相关方合法权益。

　　Announcement of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on

　　Extending the Interim Management Period of

　　Anbang Insurance Group Co., Ltd. According to Law

　　The former China Insurance Regulatory Commission stated in its announcement dated February 23, 2018 that Anbang Insurance Group Co., Ltd. （hereinafter “Anbang Group”）’s business operation might have violated the Insurance Law of the People’s Republic of China （hereinafter the “Insurance Law”）, which could seriously threaten its solvency, therefore it decided to carry out interim management of Anbang Group for a period from February 23, 2018 to February 22, 2019 in accordance with Article 144 of the Insurance Law.

Since the decision of interim management, the Interim Management Working Group （hereinafter the “IMWG”） has made steady progress in relevant work and disposed of risks in an orderly way; Anbang Group has remained stable operation and gradually recovered its business capability; and the legitimate rights and interests of insurance consumers and relevant parties have been effectively protected. In order to consolidate the achievements made during the interim management and actively promote Anbang Group’s transition to normal operation, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission decided to extend the interim management period of Anbang Group for one year starting from February 23, 2019 to February 22, 2020, in accordance with Article 146 of the Insurance Law.During the extension, the composition, functions and powers of the IMWG as well as the Implementation Measures on Interim Management shall remain unchanged. The IMWG shall continue to perform its duties according to law, make active headway in its work, maintain stable operation of Anbang Group and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of insurance consumers and stakeholders according to law.
